Develop tools to map and assess development cooperation initiatives in higher education, creating synergies and maximizing impact at national and regional levels.

Foster collaboration between African universities, policymakers, EU institutions, and funding agencies to shape effective policies and ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
